Return Policy

Returns and Exchange Policy:


Our returns and exchange policy is designed to provide an opportunity for our customers to return or exchange the items purchased. While we take utmost care to deliver your order to the best of our efforts, we understand that unexpected damage or other factors might arise. The following is a guideline to our returns and exchange policy. Do feel free to contact our customer service team for any queries.

  1. The representation of colour might slightly vary from the image and the actual product. Kindly note that colour variation might not be considered as a reason for return/refund.
  2. If the product ordered by you runs out of stock, the payment will be refunded to your account or you can choose another product of the same value.
  3. If the product was damaged during the shipping process, the payment will be refunded to your account or you can choose another product of the same value. In this scenario, we request you to inform our customer service team at the time of delivery itself as it will help us to coordinate with the courier team and proceed further.
  4. In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and the amount will be refunded if we have not initiated the shipping process.
  5. If the cancellation is done after the initiation of the shipping process, the refund is not eligible even if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can choose another product of the same value.
  6. Please note, any refund will be processed through the bank account in which you made the purchase order after deducting the transaction charges.
  7. If the product delivered is not meeting your expectations, you can return the product to us within a week from the delivery date. Kindly note that the postal charge will be borne by you. The refund will be processed once the product is received and only if it is in a saleable condition. Sarees that have a blouse or tassels cut and products without price tags will not be accepted.
